The Plot
Based on Karen Kingsbury's Redemption novel series, Elizabeth and John Baxter and their five adult children go through various life learning journeys. The strength of family bonds will be tested time and time again. Love and their evangelical Christian faith allow them to find each other.

Season Plot
Season Two will test the family's faith in new and profound ways. Ashley begins to take control of her life. Kari struggles with the death of her husband. Then, when an unthinkable tragedy strikes the community, each Baxter family member is affected and must cope. Luke, the once confident believer in God, spirals into anger and doubt after his relationship with Reagan is tested.
