Hear from former First Lady Michelle Obama and artist Amy Sherald, and meet remarkable Americans finding hope and inspiration in these works of art. A community organizer in Houston draws strength from the Obamas' example as she works to register fellow Latinx voters. Middle-school art students in Atlanta learn about portraiture -- and themselves -- through the paintings of Barack and Michelle Obama. And a multigenerational group of Black sorority sisters see legacy and hope for the future as the portraits reach their hometown of Brooklyn.
