Season Plot

Rokuro Okajima, a Japanese businessman who is kidnapped by modern-day pirates while on a business trip and eventually joins their crew, the Black Lagoon Company. The series is set in the fictional city of Roanapur, a corrupt port city in Southeast Asia, where the crew operates as a mercenary and smuggling service, often involved in high-stakes gunfights and missions. Season 1 follows Rock's transition from his corporate life to the criminal underworld, his evolving relationship with the volatile crew member Revy, and the crew's various jobs, which involve illegal and dangerous activities.
